BID & WIN AUCTIONS - FAQS

1. Each bid you make raises the bid by .01 cents and increases the clock by 20 seconds.

2. All of our items are brand new shipped in the original manufacturer packaging.

3. Once you join & register you can buy bid packs and begin bidding by clicking the bid button.

4. You can follow an individual auction by clicking on the item image, or the watchful eye icon at the top of every auction.

5. The last person to bid on an item is shown directly under the auction current price.

6. You can view and purchase the auction items you have won by clicking the "my account" link at the top of every page.
Winning Auctions will be in place for purchase within 1 hour from the auction end time.
Each winning auction will be reviewed by our fraud team before purchase can be made.

7. You can view the current auctions you have bid on by clicking the "my current auctions" link near the top of any page as long as your are already logged in.

8. The Android Auction is an automated tool if you are away from BidandWinAuctions.com but don't want to miss out on obtaining the winning bid.
It's easy to use and is a very effective way to get the winning bid on auctions. Select the auction you would like to bid on, click on the bid button,
and choose the amount of maximum bids you want to use. Then choose the maximum dollar amount you wish to spend.
The Android Auction tool will bid each time a manual bid is made, and each time a new user sets an Android Auction.

9. Becoming familiarized with Bid & Win Auctions will help you become more effective at winning bids.
Different times of the day have different bidders online bidding against you.
Figuring out the golden time for a particular auction can help you win auctions more easily.

10. By watching an individual auction, you can view the last ten bidders on an item. This is useful to see how many other people are bidding against you.
Occasionally you may see one bidder twice in a row.
This means that a bidder hit the bid button twice in a row, or hit refresh on the bid page intentionally to raise the bid by more than 1 penny.
This is a strategy some members use to force out Android Auctions. Be careful when using this strategy, as it does not always have the desired effect.

11. You must be 18 years old or older to become a Bid & Win Auctions member.

12. Shipping is free on all items shipped within the United States (50 states).
An additional request for shipping fees will be sent if you want your item shipped outside of the US.

13. Be sure to add customerservice@bidandwinauctions.com to your whitelist
so that our email does not end up in your spam/junk box.

HOW IT WORKS

Purchase bids by logging into your bid & win account. Then choose an electronic auction item or gift card auction item to bid on. Each Bid raises the bid .01 Cents and adds 20 seconds to the clock. The last bidder on an item when the clock runs out is the winner. Items are shipped for free in the US 50 states. You must be 18 years or older to register.
